We are in the process of upgrading our ticket system.  There have been a few bugs that are getting worked on so if you ticket is closed by mistake or the ticket is not getting a response please fee free to open a new ticket and refer to the original ticket number.  We hope to have all bugs fixed by Monday March 18th, 2013.
